Do I need to empty my car before you come?

To ensure we complete your valet within the allocated time, please make sure all personal belongings have been removed from the vehicle before our specialists arrive.

Are you insured?

Yes – we are fully insured for all eventualities. We have public liability insurance.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

You are welcome to cancel or change your order up to 24 hours before the start of the booking window. After that, you will be liable for 50% of the order fee. Should you need to change the time of your booking or cancel the booking you may contact us at 087928489

How long will it take for seats to dry?

They may be slightly damp, depending on the weather and condition of the seats prior to cleaning; we supply disposable seat covers as part of the service, which allows you to use the vehicle if necessary. In good weather, your seats should be completely dry within 2 – 3 hours. It’s highly recommended to turn on the heating in the car and slightly open the windows to prevent mould and damp smell.

What do you need from me?

We have our own electricity and water on board, but it will be really helpful if you can provide us with that. We only need to provide us with a parking space next to your car.

Can you clean my car at my workplace?

Absolutely, no problem. Just provide us with the full address and we’ll come to you.

What size is my car?

Small Cars: Ford Ka, Smart, VW Up, Audi A1

Medium Size: VW Golf, Ford Focus, Skoda Octavia, Audi A3.

Large Size: Audi Q5, VW ID4, Mercedes GLA, Hyundai Tucson.

Extra Large Size: Land Rover Discovery, Seat Alhambra, Volvo XC90, Peugeot 7008.

Van: VW Caddy, Ford Transit, Renault Traffic, Ford connect, Peugeot Partner

Can i book multiple cars at once?

Our online booking system only allows you to book one car at a time. However, if you call us at +353879284879, we will be pleased to help you with your request.

What to do if my valeter is late? 

If they are going to be more than 30 minutes late, our representative will contact you. Please get in touch with us via phone, email, or live chat if it has been longer than 30 minutes, and a member of our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
